Currently there is a no returns policy due to Covid19 unless there is factory damage shown on merchandise. You have will 7 days from when the package is shipped to contact us via email rixhatheart@gmail.com with a photo of damaged goods. You will be responsible for shipping items back at your own expense. The Item will be replaced and shipped back once we receive it.
